This was my Covid innovation. My mission was to create a 100% Plant-Based Nugget/Bite/Ball that leads with Local Gulf of Maine Sugar Kelp. I believe we created a great product that kids of ALL ages are now accepting, but also, we are able to tell an incredible story of Conscious Eating, Sustainability, Regenerative Ocean Farming and the Future of Food. Kelp is the only plant that need No Land. No Fresh Water. No Food. Never a Pesticide or Herbicide AND it cleans the ocean and an environmental and economic crusader. It is a clean label Allergen-Free, Chef driven Veggie Recipe/Formula, NOT a Meat Analog. I always say it tastes like Primavera. Veggie profile with a Basil Floral accent. It is par-cooked and formulated to cook from frozen in just 10 minutes, so batch-cooking is a breeze. When Good Food does Good….it’s a Win-Win-Win!
